-All the contents of each Pod are the property of Kinsale Country Glamping. Theft, damage or inappropriate use of fittings and equipment may result in further action being taken by Kinsale Country Glamping as deemed necessary.
-Guests will be expected to adhere to the occupancy limits. Any unauthorised person can be asked to leave the site immediately.
-The person who made the booking will be deemed responsible for their group during the entire stay.
-Persons deemed to have provided misleading information when booking can be refused admission or asked to leave, and may still be charged the booking fee at the discretion of Kinsale Country Glamping.
-All persons use the facilities provided entirely at their own risk and the Management cannot accept liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused on its premises other than our strict legal liability.
-Guests are obliged to take care of their personal items and valuables while staying with us. Kinsale Country Glamping will not be responsible in the case of missing possessions.
-We operate a self-check-in. Guests may check in from 3pm. Check-out time is 11am latest.
-Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
-Camp/Cooking fires may be lit only in designated areas and must be supervised at all times and extinguished after use.
-Candles and disposable barbecues are not recommended and are not permitted inside the pods.
-Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the pods.
-As the Pods are located in a quiet agricultural area with livestock nearby, therefore we regret that Hen Parties and Stag Parties are not welcome.
-Pets are not allowed on the glamping site.
-Loud noise, loud music, or anti-social, disruptive, hamful or abusive behaviour is not permitted at any time.
-You are requested to leave the units and other facilities as you found them on arrival.
